It’s been a busy week right here with work, and with planning for upcoming trips & events – the place the food will get just a little extra fascinating no less than. 😉
I’m getting ready for the KetoCon Event and Low Carb Meetup in Austin, TX in a couple of weeks.
Plus a meetup in Nashville, TN on June 12th and in addition scouting different potential summer time journeys.

Low Carb Meals: 5-Day Low Carb Food Diary
I had a pleasant dinner date Sunday night time on the patio at Gondola, following a night within the sunshine by the river.
I ordered the 12oz Delmonico ribeye with roasted broccoli & cauliflower:
I ate half of it at dinner, and completed the opposite half later that night time at residence.
Monday’s Low Carb Meals
On Monday Aaron introduced me an enormous breakfast from McDonald’s – my standard order of “3 sausage patties and 3 round fried eggs please.” 🙂
I made two meals out of that, then loved a fast journey to Rock Island for some sunshine and recent air within the late afternoon.
Slim and I each loved stretching our legs a bit!
I work late on Monday evenings, so dinner was take-out supply from an area bistro: a half pound hamburger steak with roasted veggies.
Tuesday’s Low Carb Meals
Breakfast on Tuesday morning was tacky eggs: three eggs scrambled in actual butter with colby jack cheese. And I found there have been NO forks clear – so I ate them with a spoon. 😛
Lunch was a second breakfast. 🙂
I had my favourite low carb meal of 1/2 cup of pecans, 1/four cup Daisy model cottage cheese and four small strawberries:
For dinner I had a low carb fashion Frisco Burger from Hardee’s.
They’ll make something on the menu low carb for you. They have a “make low carb” button on the register and can lettuce-wrap any sandwich!
Wednesday’s Low Carb Meals
I lately obtained my arms on TWO bins of the original Keto Brownie bars.
They are not making these bars, which makes me loopy unhappy – and I’m crossing my fingers they bring about them again, as a result of they’re one among my favorites!!

I had two of these bars on Wednesday.

Friday’s Low Carb Meals
I didn’t eat a lot on Friday (yesterday)…
I did have one other lovely Keto Brownie bar whereas I used to be doing my morning work.:) I’m going to do my greatest at speaking them into bringing this one again!!
The solely different meal I had was three fried eggs with two items of Smithfield model zero carb (keto pleasant) sausage. You can discover it within the frozen meals part at some shops. I consider Publix carries it.
Nick despatched me two full bins of his unique Keto Brownie bars just lately, and I did NOT understand he stopped making them – OR that they have been the LAST two bins of those bars they even had left!
